The Brookshire Bungalow~Coastal Gem mins to Beach!

Bright, airy, open ceilings greet you upon arrival. Everything has been thoughtfully thought through at this home. Room for your group to spread out and find their space or gather around the expandable dining table for cocktails or fresh meals. The Brookshire boasts new everything from cookware to bedding and linens. Comfort and quality sleep are paramount at our properties. There are 2 bedrooms along with an office/flex room with comfortable day bed and desk. It will function as a private 3rd bedroom or quiet workspace if needed. The master bedroom offers a new King bed and en-suite bath with walk in shower. The bunk room sleeps up to 3 with a full bed below and twin above. Both bedrooms have streaming TVs. All rooms are first floor for any accessibility needs. Don’t miss the expansive backyard with propane grill for your fresh seafood and evening meals or just a quiet oasis for your first sip of morning coffee. We enact non-toxic cleaning practices and organic, custom scented reed diffusers (crafted by us!) for healthy, all-natural indoor environments for all of our guests. There is a firepit and complimentary hammocks if needing some s’mores or outdoor nap time. Access to Wrightsville Beach, UNCW and the downtown Historic district are the draw at the Brookshire. Turn left for beach, right for downtown and find both in 10-15 minutes! The university is 1 mile or 5 minutes from the house. Beautiful bungalow in a perfect location is yours!
